Meet the founder
I built Meridian after years of trying to make sense of my own gut-health routine.
Getting back to feeling like myself took time. I tried a lot of products and approaches while dealing with digestive discomfort and trying to find something practical enough to keep using.
I chose these formulas because I found them reasonably priced, straightforward, and worth keeping in my own routine. They are not miracle cures, and results can vary.

What is in one serving?
Two capsules provide a proprietary 800 mg probiotic blend listed at 40 billion CFU, plus 60 mg of complex marine polysaccharide and 24 mg of fructooligosaccharide.
Are the individual strain amounts listed?
No. The supplier names all four strains but provides one combined amount for the probiotic blend. We do not estimate the individual allocations.
Is this a treatment for an infection?
No. This is a dietary supplement. If you suspect an infection or have severe, persistent, or worsening symptoms, get evaluated by a qualified healthcare professional.
When does the subscription ship?
Subscriptions are billed and shipped every month. You can manage or cancel through your secure customer account.
